PURCHASES:
All online purchases are calculated for sending within Australia only. Postage is with Australia Post.

If we are out of stock at that time we will contact you via email as soon as we are notified of your purchase. Please ensure that your PayPal email is up to date as we will contact you on this email.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
Purchase totals include shipping for Australia only. We are more than happy to ship overseas though there may be separate shipping charges depending on the weight and destination.
International shipping is with Australia Post.
All Goods and Services Tax and Customs Duty fees are the responsibility of buyer.

RETURNS POLICY:
We do not normally give refunds if you:
• simply change your mind
• make a wrong decision, or
• no longer require the goods.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
• are genuinely faulty
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
• do not do what they are supposed to.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
RETURNS METHOD:
If you are wanting to exchange your items please contact us within a week of receiving your item(s) on info[at]miljoshop.com or +61 2 9130 6445.
The item must be in:
• perfect original condition and
• return postage must be covered by the customer.
Please include with your return parcel a:
• self addressed 3kg express post bag &
• a copy of your original purchase receipt/purchase invoice
• contact details & a note describing your return.
