One Point One is conceived as a global platform for products that are designed and made differently. Sitting at the opposite end of the spectrum from mass-market goods, One Point One's products are highly considered and carefully made: they're premium goods intended to serve their owners well for years.

They don't look at products in a vacuum but consider the environmental and social impacts of a product's material, its manufacture, its distribution, its use, its lifespan, its disposal and its renewal.

One Point One's products' designers have backgrounds in industrial and object design and are experts in their field. They draw on an extensive knowledge of international design and an equally extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques, old and new. They're interested in things that are well-designed, but not 'designer'. As a result, their products are out in the market without bearing a particular designer's name: our emphasis is on the goods themselves.

All of One Point One's products are handmade in Sydney.
